The recipe that we bring next are those that, without complicating life too much, we achieve an excellent result, tasty, juicy and perfect to accompany a snack. To make this yogurt cake with red fruits you will not need much time and the result will be spectacular.
225 g of flour
Royal-style chemical yeast (1 teaspoon and a half)
Half a teaspoon of salt
230 g of natural Greek yogurt without sugar
150 g of sugar
120 ml olive oil
215 g of varied red fruits (choose them to your liking)
Previously preheat the oven to 170 degrees. In a small vol we place the washed fruit and add a little sprinkled flour and mix carefully. With this, the fruit will remain distributed throughout the cake.
In another container we prepare the mixture of our preparation. Mix well beaten eggs with sugar, and then gradually add the oil, Greek yogurt, lemon zest and vanilla extract.
Then add the flour, sieving it and mixing it with the rest of the ingredients. Then, we add the yeast and the salt. When we have the homogeneous mixture prepared, we add the red fruits that we had reserved.
We pour the mixture on a mold that previously we have anointed with a little butter and sprinkled some flour on it. We introduce in the oven, in the central grid for about 60-70 min. As usual, to check if it is ready, we puncture with a sharp object like a skewer and if it comes out clean, it will be ready. Before unmolding, let cool a few minutes.
