– Toscanella Mozzarella Pearls 150g
– 1 Egg
– 100gr of Flour.
– 150gr of bread crumbs.
– Using three plates and add on each of them the flour, egg and breadcrumbs with a pinch of oregano.
– The next step is to dip each of the pearls on these three ingredients, and in this order: first flour, then egg and ending with the breadcrumbs. This step can be done in advance.
– the frying process is simple, but requires a little attention. You’ll have to slightly brown the pearls in very hot oil for a short time, but enough to melt a little the cheese. If the time is exceeded, it will break the Toscanella Mozzarella Pearls on the pan and the cheese will be spread on it.
