On this occasion, we propose a simple recipe, easy to elaborate and with a healthy and natural ingredients.

First, wash and dry the zucchini well, as its skin is very fine and edible, cut it into thin sheets, which will give a lot of color to the dish. We boil water and salt in a pot, when it reaches the boiling point we introduce the leaves of zucchini just a few seconds to be whitened, rinsed quickly in cold water with ice and drain.
In a dish, we placed the sheets of zucchini and the truffled burrata, to which we have previously drained and, to which we give some fine cuts. Add the dried tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. Now it is only necessary to add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic aceto, ground pepper and salt to taste. You will have a nutritious, complete and easy to prepare dish.
