Chocolate cream and mascarpone cups

Glass desserts are very easy and fast to make, they have the advantage that can be prepared from one day to the next, so they are perfect for any time of the day, lunch or dinner. If you are a chocolate and mascarpone lover this recipe is a must for you!

Ingredients (for 6 servings)

  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of liquid cream
  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar pack, blueberries to decorate (optional)
  • 50 g blueberries to decorate

Elaboration

We will start by heating the cream and the milk in a pot until they reach the boil. Crumble the chocolate into a bowl and add the boiling milk and cream mixture, stir until the chocolate is melted. Add the butter in small pieces, stirring until it is undone.

At the same time we mix with a fork the mascarpone cheese with the sugar glass and the vanilla sugar. We prepare six little glasses and we are adding in each cup a layer of cream of chocolate and another one of cheese, until finishing with one of chocolate. We can put as many layers as we want, but keep in mind that you always have to finish with a layer of chocolate. Let them cool at the fridge for at least two hours.

To decorate, we put a few blueberries on top, and serve.

For this recipe we recommend to use transparent cups, to make the dessert more attractive, like this you can appreciate the shapes of the mixture of chocolate and cheese.
