ASPARAGUS WITH YOGURT SAUCE
A quick recipe to prepare with a combination of flavors that you will love, easy preparation and presentation.
Drain well the asparagus and placed it in the source where you go to serve. To prepare the yogurt sauce you only need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir for a few minutes to be well mixed. To add a little color to the dish you can decorate with a little cilantro.
PASTA RECIPE WITH MASCARPONE AND VEAL SAUCE
Mascarpone cheese is a great base for preparing sauces, look at this pasta recipe with mascarpone and veal sauce. The key to this combination are the ingredients, that contrast a sweet taste with the bitter taste of Modena vinegar.
Pasta with mascarpone and veal sauce.First, in a saucepan we mix 125 gr. Mascarpone, medium heat / low heat to melt slowly. Then beat two tablespoons of Modena vinegar in a small bowl, with a pinch of salt, and add to the pan, stirring gradually to form a homogenous sauce.
Then add the egg yolk and continue stirring, always over low heat, so that it will not cook at all.
Cut the sirloin and leek. In a frying pan with a little oil, brown the meat and sauté the leek, add also the nuts, adjust salt and pepper and reserve. When we have the pasta on point, we mix it with the sauce of mascarpone the veal and we serve. If we want it to look fresher, we can serve the pasta, the sauce on it and finally the veal and the leek. With a final green touch it will look like a different plate, but then we must mix equally to enjoy its flavor.

CHEESE CAKE WITH STRAWBERRIES WITHOUT OVEN
Delicious dessert without having to use the oven. The combination of fresh cheese with strawberries is a complete success and the icing on the cake is put by the syrup which gives a sophisticated and elegant presence for this dessert.
250 gr of fresh cheese of burgos
150 gr type of biscuits Digestive or similar
1 lemon jelly
3 spoonfuls of sugar
200gr cream to mount
Butter to spread in the mold
Strawberries for decoration
To prepare the base the butter is first melted, the cookies are crushed until they are reduced to powder and the butter is added to form a homogeneous paste that will be the base of our cake. Put this paste in the base of the cake mold and put in the freezer while we make the rest of the mixture.
For manufacturing, follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Place in a container: cheese, cream, sugar and beaten, also incorporate the gelatin (which will already be tempered) to a homogeneous mass.
Then remove the mold from the freezer and add the mixture. Insert the mold back into the freezer for a few minutes and then into the refrigerator.
When the dough is curd, decorate with strawberry jam and strawberries.
