25 Jan Skewers of salmon with snow peas and quark sauce
We bring you a very complete and healthy recipe, where protein is the main element of this dish. Ideal to recover our physical tone, follow a perfect diet. Enjoy preparing these salmon skewers with snow peas and quark sauce.
- 1 thick single salmon tenderloin
- 150 g of quark cheese
- 4 potatoes
- 50g of snow peas
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped parsley
To prepare the quark sauce, mix in a cheese cheese bowl with a little bit of finely chopped parsley and the grated ginger. We add salt and pepper to taste.
On the other hand, we prepare the salmon skewers. To do this, cut the salmon loin into elongated pieces. The loin is very thick to use on skewer. Cook the skewers on the griddle until it is marked.
To accompany these salmon skewers you have a roast of garnish potatoes. On the other hand, we have blanched some snow peas for a couple of minutes, we will pass a bowl with ice water to cut the cooking. The result is a few snow peas with a very bright and crisp color. If you do not have snow peas, you can accompany it with some peas. We accompany them with a bit of lime.
The result was a very healthy dish, in which the protein is the protagonist, and which is perfect to include in our diet.
