08 Jul Ravioli with lactose-free cheese sauce
This time we are going to prepare this dish with lactose-free ingredients, for our friends who have this food intolerance. To make light béchamel we will use milk without lactose and we will also add lactose-free cheese Flor de Burgos.
Ingredients
500 g of ravioli to taste
Water and salt to cook it
½ liter of lactose-free milk
1 tbsp. of butter
1 tbsp. Of olive oil
2 tbsp. Of flour
250 g of grated cheese without lactose Flor de Burgos.

Elaboration:
Put the pasta to boil in abundant boiling water with salt, as long as the instructions of the product indicate.
While baking the pasta prepare the béchamel. In a skillet melt the butter and put the oil. When they bubble add the flour and stir well with a wooden spoon. We let him toast for a couple of minutes.
We warm the milk slightly in the microwave and we add it to the roasted flour, little by little at the beginning, undoing the lumps very well. Just add all the milk and cook five minutes, until it begins to thicken slightly. If we have been lumpy, we passed the béchamel by an arm mixer.
