28 May Wrap of salmon and cheese cream
Wraps are rolled wheat or corn tortillas that support many types of filling. This fun, simple and quick recipe with cream cheese and smoked salmon, brings lots of energy and few calories to our diet. It is an ideal recipe for the hot summer days.
- 6 corn tortillas.
- 120 g cream cheese
- 12 slices of smoked salmon
- 6 lettuce leaves
- Chopped chives.
Mix in a bowl the cream cheese, the capers, the chives, a spoonful of mustard and another of honey. Spread the wheat tortillas and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese. Add a leaf of lettuce, so that it is stuck to the cream and put two slices of salmon in each tortilla. Close as a roll and cut diagonally into two pieces.
