Elaboration

To start preparing these delicious tacos with cheese, start by washing the onion, pepper and tomato, cut them together with the garlic into small pieces. If you are one of those who luckily have a shredder, take the opportunity to use it in this step so that everything is well shredded.

Put a little oil in a pan and sauté the onion, pepper and tomato with the garlic cloves so that they get poached.

Meanwhile, putt he pepper and salt to the meat and mix using your hands to get the spices are well integrated.
