11 Apr Salad of courgettes, fresh cheese and gulas
Today we propose a light recipe with fresh cheese that serves both entree and single dish. The best thing about this salad is that you can serve it cold or lukewarm. It has many different possibilities, since all the flavor we get it with the mixture of spices. You can also use a cheese without lactose.
Ingredients for 4 people:
16 cherry tomatoes
250 grams of fresh cheese
120 grams of grains
2 cloves garlic
Mix of spices (one tablespoon of coffee each)
Black pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of sugar
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half and sprinkle a pinch of sugar, salt, half a teaspoon of oregano, black pepper and olive oil.
Cut the cheese into cubes and put in a cup with cumin, peppermint, oregano, ginger, black pepper, a pinch of salt and olive oil. We let it marinate.
Wash the courgettes and remove the tips. Then cut them into slices of a thin thickness. We pass the zucchini on the plate with a little salt and oil. At the last moment, we rolled the garlic and browned it in the pan. Just at that moment, we incorporated the ground chilli and the gulas. We left them, not more than a minute to the fire, and we removed them.
