Of Italian origin, the Mascarpone is a very sweet cheese which is usually used for baking, but is also used for cooking all kinds of sauces and creams.
It has a similar production to the yogurt and it´s a very great source of calcium, proteins and phosphorous, wich is highly beneficial for the body.
