Elaboration

For the Vinaigrette

We will make a basic vinaigrette by mixing in an appropriate container the olive oil, which in our case is extra virgin, of the highest quality, and the vinegar and we remove. Add the grated garlic, the parsley and some ground black pepper. Finally a little salt and stir well to mix everything, which would already have our vinaigrette ready to season our dishes. Obviously we will make the necessary amount according to our needs.

Panini

Open the bread in half, then anoint the two parts with the vinaigrette that we have previously made, spread our sauce with a small spoon evenly across the surface. Then place the slices of tomato and mozzarella, so that you give that Italian flavor we put some basil leaves and sprinkle again with a little more vinaigrette. Finally we close and heat in a sandwich plate so that the mozzarella melts a little. If you do not have sandwich maker you can use the oven. Heat to 180 ° C and introduce our panini mozzarella for about 7 minutes.
