23 Jul Homemade Tiramisu Recipe
I bet you love this delicious cold dessert of Italian origin. You’ll be amazed how easy it is to prepare. Is best done from one day to another, it gets body and will prevent crumbling to serve.
Ingredients for 6 people
• 400g mascarpone Flor de Burgos
• 2 white eggs,
• 4 yolk eggs,
• 100 g of sugar,
• 200 g of ladyfingers,
• 175 ml of coffee,
• 200 g of grated black chocolate,
• cocoa powder for dusting.
First, we prepare a pot of large and strong coffee and let cool. We mounted the white eggs snow and reserve. In another large bowl we beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy.
Add the mascarpone gradually and continue beating at low speed. We incorporate the white eggs and mix with a spatula.
In a rectangular mold, put a layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee. We cover with a layer of mascarpone cream and sprinkle over half the grated chocolate.
We repeat the operation: layer cakes with coffee, mascarpone cream layer and layer of grated chocolate. Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder and store in the refrigerator at least three hours, better overnight, so that the mixture lame body.
