100 grams of raisins
30 grams of chives

First wash the aubergines and cut the end that joins the stem. Next, using a mandolin or peeled vegetable, cut the eggplant lengthwise into thin slices. Canapé of salmon, cream cheese and honey
Ingredients, 4 people
Smoked salmon 100 g
Cream cheese 125 g
Liquid cream 15 ml
Sliced bread or toast for canapés
Honey 15 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a bowl we mix the cream cheese, the liquid cream, the honey, salt and pepper. We can add our favorite spices to give it more flavor, like a bit of tarragon or chopped parsley.
If you are going to use slices of bread crumbs, I recommend that you toast them a few moments before serving them, so that they contribute that crunchy tone.
Then we cut the smoked salmon in a way that suits our toast or slice of bread.
Finally, we just have to mount it. Take a spoonful of the cheese and honey mixture on the bread, and put a slice of salmon on top. Serve it in the moment.
